What is the buying process for a ToonStorm account?
- After you place your order, please come to live help.
- We will give you a phone call to verify your purchase.
- Once the order is passed, we will provide you with a WoW CD Key and a Burning Crusade key to create a new account. Creating a new account is necessary because it needs to match the original owner’s name to transfer the character - approx. 30 mins.
- Once your account is ready, we will need your help to create a character name on your desired server, with the same name as the original character we are transferring. This will allow you to pick a new name when you log in game for the first time with your purchased character (because the old name is already taken before the transfer) - approx. 5 mins.
- After that, you will need to transfer the character you have purchased from the original account to your new account, which usually takes about 30 minutes, depending on how quickly the WoW website responds.
- That’s it. You will be able to enjoy your new character right away.
